Low Carb Crackers Recipe

Low Carb Almond Crackers

1 cup almond meal
2 drops liquid stevia
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Mix ingredients well in a small bowl.
Everything should be moist and the dough
should hold together somewhat.
Roll out and flatten the dough on well-greased parchment
paper on a baking sheet.
Cut the dough into approximately 1-inch squares.

Set the baking sheet on the oven rack.
Bake crackers at 325ยบ for 10-15 minutes, or
until golden brown.
Check after 10 minutes and if crackers at outer edge
are getting pretty brown,
remove those and continue baking the rest until
golden.
Gently pry the crackers from the parchement
paper with a thin spatula.
Allow the crackers to cool. Store in an airtight
container in your pantry,
They will keep for 2 weeks at least.

Enjoy with salsa, salmon dip,
guacamole or another dip of your choice.
